Physical examinations:
Annual Wellness Exam with Vaccinations; For healthy animals to confirm their health and find any health problems early. Discuss vaccination protocol, stool testing for intestinal parasite, blood testing for heart worms and major organ functions, infections, anemia etc. tailored to pets special needs. Recommend appropriate heartworm, flea prevention and other nutritional, skin care, vitamins and dental care products as needed.
Puppy and kitten exams: Including stool testing, parasite control and vaccinations. Discounted packages available including complimentary exams for new puppies and kittens.
Senior pet exams; To look for any geriatric disease. Testing including blood work for major organ functions,anemias,thyroid testing, urinalysis, Ecg for heart conditions ,digital x-rays, blood pressure testing. Nutritional counseling and pain management.
Pre-surgical Exams; To assess patient health before surgery , dental procedures or any other procedure requiring anesthesia.
Diagonostic Procedures:
Digital radiology; Advanced digital radiology machines expedites diagnosis. Your pet’s images can be emailed to radiology specialists if needed for accurate diagnosis. Results are available in minutes so pet’s condition can be diagnosed and treated quickly.
In-House Laboratory; Full lab including running blood chemistries, Cbc, urinalysis , pre-surgical blood work, heartworm testing ,stool analysis, feline leukemia, fiv, parvo testing and critical care profiles to diagnose and treat sick patients promptly. We also use two national laboratories and some universities for specialized testing.
Electrocardiogram;For heart evaluation.Ultrasound and endoscopy available through board certified internal medicine specialist in house. Other specialty services include chemotherapy, none-routine surgeries and internal medicine consultations.
Anesthesia;
We give each animal a thorough examination before any anesthesia is administered. We will review any abnormal pre-surgical blood work results with owner before anesthesia and surgery. Pre-surgical blood work run to determine liver and kidney functions since these are the organs that metabolize anesthetics.
An intravenous catheter is placed to administer anesthetics and fluids during surgery to improve safety of anesthetic procedure.We are equipped with safest anesthetic gases sevoflorane and isoflorane.
All patients are monitored with state of the art anesthetic monitor to check blood pressure every 2 minutes, blood oxygen levels, carbon dioxide levels , respiration rate, ecg and body temperature. Your pets body temperature is maintained with warm air blanket.
Surgeries;
Laser surgery ; Performed with advanced nova pulse surgical laser has many benefits including less pain, less swelling at surgery site , less bleeding and quicker recovery from surgery. Laser is incorporated in many procedures like spay,neuter,feline de claw, eye surgeries, tumor removals etc.
Spay.Neuter.
Laser De-clawing for cats; Less pain, minimal bleeding, less pain after surgery,less swelling and quicker recovery from surgery.
Orthopedic surgeries; Fore bone fractures, hip surgeries, knee surgery for anterior cruciate ligament ruptures, patella problems.
Soft tissue surgeries ;Including bladder stone removal, intestinal surgeries, tumor removal etc.
Dental services;
We are equipped with state of the art dental unit to perform dental cleaning, polishing, fluoride treatment and sealing your pets teeth after dental cleaning.
We offer digital dental x-rays to assess your pet’s dental health so that we can recommend appropriate treatment including surgical extraction, periodontal treatment, fracture repair or root canals etc.
We use appropriate pain protocol depending upon the procedure you pet received. We also use synthetic bone materials to fill the defects created by dental extractions to achieve strong jaw bone after recovery.
Complementary dental exams are available before scheduling dental for your pet.
Skin problems and allergy testing;
We have 20 year experience in diagnosing and managing various skin and ear conditions. We offer allergy testing for different allergens and offer allergy treatments.
We offer advice on skin care products and offer prescription flea control including once a month tablet and environmental parasite control.
Pharmacy;
We stock most common pet prescription medications including heartworm and flea prevention medications so the your pet can start treatment as soon as possible.
We offer online pharmacy for convenience where you can order medication, heart worm ,flea prevention on-line and receive at home at no extra charge.
Prescription pet foods;
We carry hills science diet , royal canin veterinary diets, prina diets and some other specialty diets.
We carry variety for other products including pet shampoos, vitamins, dental hygiene products.
Boarding and grooming;
Our facility was designed by a leading veterinary architect keeping in mind sanitation, comfort, safety and proper ventilation in mind. We encourage you visit our facility at any time. We offer air conditioned canine runs and feline condos.
We have large out door area for exercise for our boarding guests. Pets are exercised three times daily. We feed them premium pet food during their stay.
We require your pet to be up to date on vaccinations and be free from external and internal parasites.
We offer bathing and grooming services while boarding. Groomings are done on Mondays and Fridays. Bathing is available on all weeks days.
Emergency services;
One of the staff veterinarians is on call 24 hours for advise. We accept emergencies during office hours. After hour call are some times referred to veterinary emergency clinic at 407-644-9994 depending upon nature of your emergency and tim

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments from:
* Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm
* Saturday: 8am - 1pm
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
Emergency & Urgent Care
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
